Terms of Service

1. Who can use ready5

You must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service you confirm that you are, and that you can legally enter into this agreement.

2. Your account

You may sign in with an invite code or with your Google account. Keep your sign-in details private and don't share your account with others. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@ootmedia.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. What ready5 does, and what it doesn't

ready5 helps you practice answering interview questions. It analyzes your recorded answers and gives scores, statistics, and suggested rewrites, some of which are generated by artificial intelligence.

• Feedback is automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not right for your situation.
• ready5 is a practice tool. It is not professional career, legal, medical, or other advice.
• We do not guarantee any result, including an interview, an offer, an admission, or a score.

You are responsible for how you use the feedback and for what you say in a real interview.

4. Free and paid use, and subscriptions

Some features are free, with limits on how much you can use. Other features need a paid subscription. Daily and weekly limits may apply, and we may change them.

Subscriptions are bought and billed through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown in Google Play before you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in Google Play, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your ready5 account does not cancel a subscription. If we change a price, Google Play will tell you and ask for your agreement where required, and the new price applies to later renewals.

Subscribers can also buy extra Full Panels as one-time purchases through Google Play. An extra panel doesn't renew, doesn't expire, stays with your account if your subscription ends, and is deleted with your account if unused. 5. Acceptable use

When you use ready5, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload or record content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that includes someone else's private or sensitive information;
• try to break, probe, overload, or get around the Service, its limits, or its security;
• copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service or its feedback, except as the law allows;
• use bots or automated means to create accounts or submit answers; or
• use the Service to build a competing product.

6. Your content

You own your answers and recordings. Your recordings stay on your device. When you submit an answer, you give us permission to send it to our service providers and process it so we can return your transcript, scores, and feedback, and to keep the resulting text and results as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you record and submit.

7. Our property

The Service, including the software, design, questions, text, logos, and feedback format, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own interview practice. We reserve all other rights. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using ready5 or delete your account at any time (see delete your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect the Service or other people, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end a paid subscription for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some places don't allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use ready5 after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term, that doesn't waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may.
